Touch America, Inc Facility Lowering
Dear Ms. Taylor,
POWER Engineers, Inc on behalf of Touch America, Inc has review the plans for the Bethel
Road project. Enclosed please fmd a set of proposed construction plans for adjusting existing
Touch America, Inc facilities to avoid conflicts with the City of Coppell' s improvement
project. The proposed plans reflect the areas of improvement for Bethel Road as well as the
lowering of Touch conduits. Touch America, Inc has (2)2" HDPE conduits in place outside'
the existing Bethel roadway. Please let us know if these plans are acceptable so that we may
coordinate to have the facilities lowered prior to the City's contractors beginning the Bethel
