Preliminary Punch List
Dear Mr. Bennett:
The following is a preliminary punch list for the above referenced project. The items
listed are not sequenced to complete the construction of the project.
1. Complete all backfill along Creekview Drive, State Road and Ruby Road according
to the plans.
2. Complete the placement of the solid sod and the hydro mulch seeding.
3. Complete the installation of all traffic control buttons, and pavement markings.
4. Complete the placement of base material and asphalt at the transition on Ruby Road
and the transition on State Road.
5. Install brick pavers on the median noses on Freeport Parkway.
6. Adjust and appropriately identify all water valves, and adjust and paint all fire
hydrants.
7. Complete inlet construction along Creekview Drive.
8. Complete the placement of joint sealants on new paving sections and on the sidewalk.
9. Replace all damaged irrigation at the entrance to Wagon Wheel Park and along
Creekview Drive adjacent to Craftmade International, Inc.

10. Complete the installation of all underground conduit necessary for the installation of
the street lights by Oncor.
11. Install the safety rail (PR -1) at the gabions along Creekview.
12. Correct ponding of water along Creekview Drive and Freeport Parkway.
13. Provide marked -up set of plans noting any construction changes to the engineer of
record.
14. Repair existing fence on Ruby Road and State Road.
15. Provide the 2 -inch irrigation tap on State Road.
This is preliminary and not a complete punch list. Upon completion of the project a final
walk- through will be scheduled. Your attention to this matter is appreciated and should
