Dir. of Public Works* Date: April 11, 2002 RE: Costs Associated with Flooding Problem on Denton Tap Road As you know, we experienced a flooding problem around 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 7, 2002 on Denton Tap Road. I called in Per Birdsall, Martin Casteneda and Noe Sorto to fa the problem. Per and I spent approximately three hours each on the problem. Martin was there for approximately two hours. Noe was on main call for Streets and got a regular call back. The costs break down as follows: Glenn D. Hollowell 3 hours @ $47.18 per hour $141.54 Per Birdsall 3 hours @ $29.30 per hour $ 87.90 Martin Castenada 2 hours @ $16.77 per hour $ 33.54 Noe Sorto 2 hours @ $16.77 per hour $ 33.54 Pump Use $25 per day $ 25.00 Truck Use 2 hours @ $12.50 per hour $ 25.00 TOTAL $ 346.52 If you have any more questions or concerns regarding this matter, do not hesitate to contact me.
