Suzan,
I just spoke to both Larry and Philip. Larry asked me to send you a letter
regarding the curb inlets. I will get that to you shortly so that ISl can
proceed with the construction of the curb inlets. Larry also said that he
doesn't have a problem with ISI starting with the construction of the
sidewalk at the west end of the project. We should have some excavation
quantities by the end of the day on the berm areas. Philip is aware that
there will probably be some excavation involved in the "berm" area and he
has already indicated that there is a bid price of a $1/CY. I hope to have
the excavation numbers by the end of the day.

RE: Creekview Drive and Freeport Parkway
The following letter is in response to the information that SRA received regarding the
curb inlet locations and elevations on Creekview Drive. SRA has review the
information provided by ISI and it appears that although the curb inlets are not in the
locations indicated on the construction plans, they will still function as designed,
Qnce the curb inlets are complete and in place they will need to be observed to verify
that there aren't any intermediate high points affecting drainage to the curb inlets. ISI
will need to address any imperfections that occur once the inlets are in place.
If you should have any questions regarding this matter please do not hesitate to give
me a call.
Yours truly,
