Enclosed please find 3 copies of the sanitary sewer extension along Riverview
Drive at Sandy Lake Road. Per our earlier meetings, this plan will provide sanitary
sewer service to the 19 acre tract located north of Sandy Lake Road (Peter Park property).
We are in the process of preparing our easement documents and have reached an
agreement with Mr. Johnny Thompson for the easement. Once we have you approval of
the alignment and plans, we will finalize the easement documents and have them ready
