54 -Inch Water Line Easement
Dear Ms. Taylor,
Dallas Water Utilities has review your plans to construct an elevated sidewalk from Bradford Drive
to Starleaf Street. It is understood that the portion crossing Dallas Water Utilities Right of Way and
54 -inch pipeline has been redesigned to be an eight foot wide concrete sidewalk on grade. DWU
approves of this plan with the understanding this sidewalk is intended for pedestrian use only. If
