Easements The sanitary sewer easement for the S.S. stub -out at the north driveway should be dedicated as a Utility Easement to the City. The franchise utility easement along the south edge of the property should be dedicated to Oncor unless all franchises need access to the easement. In that case, this also needs to be dedicated to the City as a Utility Easement. The Mutual Access /Firelane easement needs to be dedicated as that. Look at the Owner's Dedication statement on the plat for the specific wording. This easement should not be dedicated to the City. Fireline Location The fireline should not be located under the firelane unless it cannot be located behind the back of curb. Pre -Con Meeting Larry Davis has tentatively set up a meeting for Thursday, June 20 at 9:00 a.m. You will need to pay all required fees before then and submit a Construction Development Permit Application.
