Dear Mr. Sanders:
At the May 28, 2002 City Council meeting, the referenced project was awarded to your firm.
Enclosed with his letter are three original contract documents. Please execute the three originals;
provide the required bonds and return two of the originals to the Engineering Department. One of
the copies is for your file.
As per the contract, construction should begin on June 3, 2002 and the traffic light must be
operational by August 19, 2002. Once you have returned the contract documents, you will receive
an official notice to proceed and a preconstruction meeting will be scheduled.
