The plans were approved by Kenneth Griffin, P.E., last fall. See the attached letter dated October 15, 2001. The contractor for this project will be John Burns Construction. The contractor would like to schedule the pre construction meeting as soon as possible. Please stamp all sets for construction and keep three full size sets for your use. These plans meet our current minimum construction requirements, however, prior to beginning construction the following items need to be completed: 1. Three sets of construction plans for the City's use and any copies necessary for your contractors in the field should be submitted for City Engineer's seal prior to the beginning of construction. At that time, the Construction Development Permit form should be filled out by the appropriate responsible party and returned with the plans. [Form enclosed] 2. All construction inspection fees should be paid. The fees are calculated at 2% for private improvements and 4% for public improvements. 3. A pre construction meeting should be coordinated with the inspector for this project, Larry Davis. He can be reached at 972 304 -3684.
