No. 1030009900, Task 0400 Senders direct dial 972-789-2695 Senders Fax 972-788-1583 mmillican@aguirre. com Dear Mr. Griffin, gj -5w~ Under this cover, we are submitting todayl~sets of Civil Construction Drawings for Phase- 1A of St. Joseph Village. These drawings have been revised to reflect the review comments we have received from the City, and we respectfully request final approval and issuance for construction. Please note that these drawings also include two design elements that we understand require separate Engineering Department approval: 1. We have shown high density poly-ethylene (HDPE) piping materials for the private storm sewer lines within the project. Those lines out side the project are called to be Class III, C-76 reinforced concrete pipe, consistent with City construction standards. 2. We have specified 7", 3000 psi compressive strength reinforced concrete paving for the fire lanes on site, and 6", 3000 psi compressive strength reinforced concrete paving for all parking areas and driveways. These thickened pavement sections are provided in lieu of lime stabilization beneath the pavements. Based on previous discussions with staff, we trust these design features will be acceptable.
