Services: Structural steel observation.
On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as schedule
structural steel observation. A visual observation was performed ~/d~ _bel°w'
1. Tilt Wall Panel to Pier Cap Weld Connections:
a. North Wall, the connections were compliant.

Roof Level Framing between lines A to I and I to 6:
a. Column anchor bolts, four (4) locations were found to have m~~inuts.
b. Joist seat welds were determined to be compliant.
c. Joist bridging was not comph
Joist girder seat welds, one (1) location was not welded~at grid line HI5. The other locations
were determined to be compliant. ~
Joist seat support lug weldments at the tilt wall embed plates were determined to be compliant.
