Construction Plan Review Comments — Final
Dear Mr. Middleton:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the revised plans for the referenced project. These plans meet
our current minimum construction requirements, however, prior to beginning construction the
following items need to be completed:
1. The plat needs to show the dedication of the pedestrian easement within the existing 15'
public utility easement (Vol. 84217 on page 3998).
2. Three sets of construction plans for the City's use and any copies necessary for your
contractors in the field should be submitted for City Engineer's seal prior to the beginning of
construction. At that time, the Construction Development Permit form should be filled out
by the appropriate responsible party and returned with the plans. [Form enclosed]
3. All construction inspection fees should be paid. The fees are calculated at 2% for private
improvements and 4% for public improvements.
4. A pre - construction meeting should be coordinated with the inspector for this project, Rick
