Because of the Real Property Exchange and Development Agreement between you and the City no fees aze due at this time. Please refer to the Fee Table for the appropriate time to pay the other fees. In an effort to expedite the construction we have already ordered the meters at your contractors request. Therefore, the meter fees on the Fee Table are due at this time. Please note that the Texas Legislature, under Senate Bill 243, delayed the collection of Water and Sewer Impact Fees until the issuance of a Building Permit. The additional fees for water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees need to be paid by separate check at the Public Works Service Center, 732 Deforest Road. Meters will be ordered when those fees are paid. Appropriate payment of the required fees will help insure a successful beginning of this project. We look forwazd to working with you on this project.
