This letter is written in response to your March 20, 2002 letter, which provided acceptable areas for
the crossing of the TXU easements in the Riverchase area. My understanding of the exhibit
provided is that no walkway could be constructed within 50 -feet of the structure so that there were
areas left for maintenance of the structures. Any area crosshatched on the exhibit was acceptable
for the crossing of the TXU easements.
I have provided a revised exhibit showing the crosshatched areas in a plan view on an aerial map.
My understanding of the crosshatched areas was that between T216 and T217 and T316 and T317
that the crossing could take place anywhere between those towers as long as it was not within 50-
feet of the tower. Between structure 12/2 and 12/3 the crossing had to take place within 100 feet of
the tower, but not within the first 50 -feet. The crossing between 2/4 and 2/5 had to take place
within 350 feet southwesterly from tower 2/4, but not within the first 50 -feet. Prior to authorizing
our consultant to redesign the walkway, I would like to insure that the exhibit as presented is
correct. I have shown two options for the crosswalk that I believe meet the criteria as laid out in
your letter. Please let me know if I have correctly interpreted the information provided so we can
proceed with the redesign.
