Correct typos, misspellings, and drafting errors throughout. 2. Clearly distinguish whether elevations are top -of- pavement or top -of -curb. 3. Dimension all radii on the project. 4. Provide dimension arrows for all dimensions on the plan. Note whether the dimensions are face -of -curb or back -of -curb. 5. Provide leader arrows where appropriate. Label all lines including fire lines, sewer lines, building limit lines, etc. 6. Label existing and proposed contours or add a legend. Sheet C2 1. Note water meters and irrigation meters should have backflow prevention devices installed. 2. Stub one joint of pipe past the valve on the waterline at the southwest corner. 3. The fire hydrants will not be allowed to be installed in the sidewalk. Make any necessary adjustments. 4. Clearly label the existing Dallas Water Utilities (DWU) 30" waterline. 5. Add top -of -rim for the proposed manhole. 6. Show detail of 18' RCP crossing with the 8" waterline. 7. Provide a copy of the filed drainage easement for the 18" RCP to be constructed offsite.
