Indicate that the 8" waterline shall be encased in concrete. 2. Provide a copy of the filed drainage easement for the 18" RCP to be constructed offsite. Plat FYI A copy of the signed plat must be submitted prior to the City issuing a Building Permit. After you have addressed the above issues, return the mark -up set and submit three sets of revised plans for our use, and as many as you and your contractor need for release for construction. In addition, you will also need to submit a completed Construction Development Permit Application form and verify that all applicable fees have been paid.
