Services: Structural steel observation.
On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced jobsite as scheduled for
structural steel observation. A visual reobservation and observation was performed as noted below.
1. Reobservation Items from Structural Steel Observation Repod #94021029.0297, dated
06/04/02 - Roof Level Framing between lines A to I and 1 to 6:
a. Column anchor bolts at four (4) locations were now determined to be compliant.
b. Girder seat weld at grid line H/5 was now determined to be compliant.
2. Initial Observation Items - Roof Level Framing between lines A to I,
