I have been informed by Ewing Property Company that the City of Coppell intends to levy a
street and road assessment for construction related to property they are acquiring from the Parks
of Coppell Trust.
I am sure that you recall the previous contractual agreements between ownership of this
property and its assigns and or successors and the City of Coppell which directly states that there
will be no street or road assessments levied by the City on the property in question.
Via this letter I am requesting that you notify; in writing, Mr. Kevin Caldwell of Ewing
Property Company that no such street and road assessments will be requested of, levied against or
collected from the owner of the property they are acquiring from the Parks of Coppell Trust
located at and near Sandy Lake Road and Denton Tap Road and more particularly described as
the Town Cente Shopp Center, Lot 1, Block 2.
