Regarding the fire hydrant on Bethel Road, I don't think it is going to be practical to move the hydrant into
the ROW, so we would like to put the hydrant in an easement. I assume it will be within a 15' easement.
Can we rename the firelane easement as a "firelane and utility easement" to ensure total coverage of the
hydrant?
