Re: S.H. 121 Water Line (Coppell Road to Denton Tap Road)
Preliminary Plans
Dear Ms. Taylor:
We are enclosing two sets each of full size and half size preliminary construction plans for the S.H. 121 Water
Line project from Coppell Road to Denton Tap Road (Project WA 01 -01). This set represents a 95%
complete submittal and is for your review and comment. In addition, a copy of the preliminary specifications
and quantities has been included for your review and comment. Based on this preliminary submittal, our
opinion of probable construction cost for this project is in the range of $620,000.
At this stage, the alignment has been set seven feet (T) inside the rights of way of S.H. 121 and Spur 553.
However, because the alignment conflicts with structures in the area, minor modifications in the alignment to
mitigate these anticipated conflicts were made.
