All manholes, meter can valves need to be staked to mark their locations. Based on staffls findings, this walk-through should have been conducted at a much earlier date; however, no formal notice of a scheduled walk-through was received by this division. I will also mention that based on the procedures used to perform these installations, the construction inspection process of this project should have been monitored more closely. Please notify the utility contractor of the deficiencies and notify this division when a up walk-through is necessary. I would expect these deficiencies to be corrected in a manner due to the fact that construction is already taking place on one of these lots. HLP/dm WALKTHRU. HLP/CREEK VU
