Subject: R8: Salon on the Creek
The grades should not be a problem since the area around the utility box
already drains towards the specimen tree. We are not proposing to change
that drainage pattern. This sidewalk will meet ADA requirements and drain
properly. We will show a new sidewalk alignment and easement on the plat.
