RE: North Lake Estates
Dear Mr. Pilone:
Thank you for the opportunity to meet with you and your neighbors regarding a variety of
situations in North Lake Estates. With regard to the drainage issue, this weekend Per Birdsall
and Glenn Hollowell from our Public Works Department will be in the area inspecting the
drainage situation. They will attempt to discover the problems with the ditches installed by the
Public Works Department in the early 1990's.
With regard to the alleys between Bullock and Howell, I would like your input on whether or not
abandonment of the alley and the transfer of that property with appropriate easements would be
an option for the property owners of North Lake Estates. This can be done in conjunction with
the proposed rezoning which, I believe, is coming forward sometime in July of this year to be
placed on the August Planning Commission agenda.
We will also attempt to look further into the Chase Plumbing situation based on concerns
expressed by the residents at the meeting. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do
not sitate to contact me.
ctfully,
