The District has received and reviewed your plans for the above
referenced Project sealed by you on June 11, 2002.
Based on the review of the plans specified, the District has no
objections thereto.
The review was solely for the benefit of the District to assure
the proposed improvements do not adversely impact District fac-
ilities. It was not a detailed engineering review. it was not a
detailed engineering review and the District expressly disavows
any liability for the adequacy of the design and /or construction
of the proposed Project.
