Brockette/Davis/Drake, Inc. is requesting an early grading permit for the above referenced project. We are
aware that the city has not approved the construction documents.
In granting the grade permit, we will hold the city harmless if in the final review and approval of the
construction documents revisions have to be made to items affecting the grading.
