Construction Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr. Riley:
The City of Coppell has determined that the revised plans meet our current minimum standards
for construction.
Please submit three sets of construction plans for the city's use and as many additional sets as
necessary for construction operations. All contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a
copy of the plans approved and signed by the City of Coppell.
All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. These fees consist of
impact and construction inspection fees to be paid to this office. The City assesses a 2%
inspection fee for all private construction onsite outside the building's footprint. This would
include all dirt work, erosion control, paving, storm drain, water lines, sewer lines, drainage
pipes, etc. that is private. For all public installations, the City of Coppell charges a 4%
