Attached please find three copies of the report for the Conditional Letter of Map
Revision for the referenced property along Denton Creek. Please forward one
copy of the report along with the included $3,100.00 check to FEMA for their
review and comment.
As discussed in my June 17, 2002 letter to Robert Payne, Kimley -Horn updated
the report to address your concerns related to the passing of time waiting for
clearance from the Corps of Engineers. (Copy attached.) In addition, to verifying
consistency with current the effective flood study, we made the following update:
1. Reformatted the lists of appendices for consistency with the
FEMA forms currently in use.
2. Separated fully developed models from the required FEMA
models. Fully developed models are a specific requirement of
the City of Coppell and we wanted to make it easier for a
reviewer to find these models.
3. Combined Tables 3, 4, 5 and 6 into a single Table 4. Combined
Tables 7 and 8 in the Floodway Table on FEMA Form 4
Attachment 1.
4. Split the single Work Map in two separate maps for clarity and
consistency with FEMA required models.
5. Included new FEMA forms in Appendix J
