As requested in the attached letter of June 11, 2002, there are two major issues that must be
resolved before the City of Coppell will issue a Final Acceptance letter for the referenced project.
The required two -year maintenance bonds have not been received as of today's date, nor have
lab- testing reports on the paving subgrade been provided to this office.
It is imperative that these two remaining items be forwarded to the Engineering Department.
Please call my office at 972 -304 -3679 to set up a meeting so that we can discuss the future
consequences of these deficiencies.

Final Acceptance Pending
Representatives of the City of Coppell performed a final walk thru inspection of paving and
utilities for the referenced project May 16, 2002. It appears that all construction items have been
addressed and corrected. However, the two -year maintenance bonds have not been received nor
have lab- testing reports on the paving subgrade been provided to this office.
These two remaining items must be forwarded to the Engineering Department as soon as possible
in order for the project to be accepted by the City of Coppell. Please make this a priority so that
the project can be completed in a timely manner for all concerned.
