Dear Ms. Turner:
The fallowing are responses to comments received from the City on June 20, 2002.
A. General Note:
1. Median modification detail added to sheet C2.
B. Sheet C1:
1. Parking stripes changed to 4" width.
C. Sheet C2:
1. General Notes updated to match sheet C 1.
2. Since this is a single entrance ADA ramp, no flare-out is needed to the east, thus the
ramp will not interfere with the existing guardrail.
3. See attached letter of request.
4. Sidewalk alignment revised to miss the utility box and placed in sidewalk easement.
D. Sheet C3:
1. Description of grouted rip-rap added.
2. Contour labels revised.
3. Driveway grade changed to maintain current drainage patterns.
E. Sheet C4:
1. Outside drop added to sewer connection.
2. Fire hydrant on Denton Tap relocated into existing easement. Easement added for fire
hydrant on Bethel Road.
3. Building is not sprinkled, no FDC required.
4. Valves added as required.
F. Sheet C5:
1. Washout and concrete containment area added.
