Please find enclosed two copies of the Authorization Letter from the U.S. Corps
of Engineers for the Denton Tap Road crossing of Denton Creek. The crossing is
permitted under the Nationwide Permit 14 for Road Crossings. The final page is a
Permit Compliance Certification which must be signed and submitted by the permittee
30 days prior to the completion of the work. This letter and requirements will be
included in the contract documents for the Denton Tap Road project. Please contact
