1. Resolve location of mutual access and add dimension to tie it down.
2. Add all off-site easements necessary for the proposed improvements, provide recording
information and add dimensions to tie them down. Include any additional access, fire lane
and sidewalk easements
3. Clear up the tie-down for the mutual access and fire lane on the south side of the property.
4. Add the access statement as previously discussed.
