I realized that Garreth doesn't have a-mail, so I'm hoping you can relay this message to him:
Our office approved and issued a permit, on June 3rd, to Ratliff Construction for wing wall construction at
Sandy Lake & Woodcrest and Sandy Lake at Allencrest, for the Park Place HOA. Yesterday, Ratliff called
for a pier inspection, and Lee realized that they neglected to schedule apre-construction meeting for this
project. Therefore, as your office is already aware, we didn't do their inspection, and we required that they
cover the holes. Jeff Gibson, of Ratliff, was our contact person, and he was asked to contact Garreth to
schedule the required meeting. I believe, also, that Greg is planning to contact Ken to discuss this issue,
since the City is also involved in this project.
