Sandy Lake Road Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Nash Manor Final Acceptance -Pending Dear Bill: As per our conversation, these are the steps to be taken before the cul-de-sac portion of the Nash Manor project can be accepted by the City of Coppell: 1. The utility contractor must dig up and replace the five sewer service sweep tees as identified in the walk-thru. 2. You must personally request from the City Engineer that the cul-de-sac portion of the project be separated from the street portion for purposes of final acceptance. 3. The roadway between the existing asphalt and concrete sections must be replaced with either concrete or asphalt (preferably with concrete) so that the roadway is driveable at all times. Please arrange for the completion of these items as soon as possible so that the entire project can be ultimately accepted in a timely manner.
