In a previous letter, you were informed that additional data might be required to complete our review of the request. The data required to complete our review, which must be submitted within 90 days of the date of this letter, are listed on the enclosed summary. Please send the required data to us at the address shown at the bottom of this page. Further action on the request has been suspended pending receipt of the required data. If we do not receive the required data within 90 days, we will suspend the processing of your request. Any data submitted after 90 days will be treated as an original submittal and will be subject to all submittal/payment procedures, including the review and processing fee in effect at the time of the re- submittal as outlined in Paragraph 72.7(a) of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) regulations (44 CFR Parts 59 -78). A copy of the notice summarizing the current fee schedule, which was published in the Federal Register, is enclosed for your information. The submitted topographic work map titled Exhibit 3 FEMA Post - Project Floodplain Work Map does not provide essential information required to complete our detailed review of this request. Please provide the following information, which was omitted from the originally submitted topographic work map. a. Boundary delineation of the 0.2% annual chance (500 -year) flood representing the proposed conditions. b. Downstream tie -in between the proposed conditions floodplain and effective floodplain for the I % annual chance (100 -year) flood. The proposed conditions floodplain boundary shown on the originally submitted topographic work map did not tie -in to the currently effective floodplain at the downstream end. 2. Our review indicates that the proposed project is within the effective flow area for the 0.2% annual chance flood. Please submit a hydraulic analysis for Elm Fork Trinity River representing the proposed conditions.
