Please be notified that we anticipate working every Saturday on
this project; however, we do not anticipate performing any work
that we feel would require the City's inspection (ie. concrete
placement or backfilling) beyond the City's normal working hours
(8 AM through 5 PM Monday through Friday). Should we find this
necessary, we will give as much advance notice as possible. It is
our understanding that if we need an inspector on a Saturday, we
must request so in writing by Wednesday; and we will comply to this
to the fullest extent possible. We also understand that we are to
pay the City for the inspector's overtime that he is on the job as
necessary.
