Grapevine Creek Maintenance Agreement
CATELLUS DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
i rMEEOTE

By: Engineering
Catellus Development will continue the maintenance of the vegetation in and along the Grapevine
Creek Channel through our property as we have done in the past. It is our understanding that
the City of Coppell's policy is to maintain major drainage structures, and as such, upon
completion and acceptance of the drop structure construction and issuance of the one year
maintenance bond by the Contractor to the City of Coppell, the City of Coppell will assume the
maintenance of the drop structure.
We understand that the City of Coppell will require an easement for this maintenance. We
propose to dedicate a 100' x 150' easement to the City of Coppell granting the City of Coppell
the right to maintain this structure and access across our adjoining properties for said purpose.
Please notify me if these items meet with the City of Coppell's approval in order that we may
prepare the easement documents for dedication.
