Dear Mr. Madden:
We have obtained the letter attached from the Texas Historical Commission
which indicates the referenced project does not impact existing known historic
sites along Denton Creek and may proceed to construction without further
review.
We believe the project proposed complies with existing Nationwide Permits and
the City plans to begin construction in early March of this year. The portion of the
project impacting 404 Jurisdictional Areas is scheduled to be completed within
one year.
Please advise us if there is any additional coordination required regarding this
project with the Permits Division of the Corps of Engineers.
