Services: Daily field activities.
On this date, an HBC Engineering technician arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for observation of daily field activities. The following
was observed and/or inspected.
The technician traveled to the project as scheduled to perform
drilled belled pier inspection. Several problems were discovered
and after a time, the installation of piers was postponed. Concrete
as placed for a portion of the paving south of the rotunda and for
certain columns. One sample of concrete was obtained, standard
field tests were performed. One set of four compresslye strength
test cylinders were cast, refer to Concrete Inspection Report
#9924604, dated 09/10/99, for recorded data.
