RE: Nash Manor
Final Acceptance -Pending
Dear Bill:
Per the City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance: Section 14, paragraph A, public improvements in
development projects must be bonded for maintenance for a period of two years from the date of
acceptance by the City. Paving, utilities and drainage structures are subject to this provision at a
rate of 50% of the contract price, and must be issued by a reputable surety company. At this
time, bonds for the utilities in Nash Drive and the cul-de-sac and the paving of the cul-de-sac are
necessary. Bonding of the paving for Nash Drive will be required at the completion of that part
of the project.
An erosion control escrow must also be provided for residential subdivisions, subject to a two-
year duration at 100% of the cost of erosion control measures installed. Please provide the
applicable bonds and the escrow check for Nash Manor as soon as possible so that the project
can be accepted in a timely manner.
If you have any questions, please contact me at your convenience at (972) 304-7090.
Sincerely,
~~ a~
