RE: Amberpoint, Buildiag 1 Walkthru, July 31, 2002
1. Valve to first vault needs extension, dirt, and pad.
2. Two vaults need locksllatch on top.
3. Two vaults need DC test.
4. All valves need to be 4' or shorter.
5. Manhole needs chimney seal on N.W. cornea of building.
(. Paint all 1'T4 with red enamel paint.
7. Cannot check valve to fire line to building; will check at follow-up.
8. Mark FLV in red on curb to fixe line to building.
9. 2"Dom. Water needs test on DC•
10. Need to check 2"~ valve at S.W. comer of building; full of dirt.
1 l . Paint Fire Dept. fire riser red.
12. Reset valve stack on 2"° k~I from S.W. comer south of building.
13. Irrigation DC needs testing.
14. Manhole N.W. of building holding in bottom, not flowing.
15. Cannot place chimney seal inside manhole N.E. of building; set manhole in place and put
chimney seal on outside -per Larry Davis.
