Right-of-Way for deceleration lane located along the east side of Denton Tap, north of the
S.H. 121 Bypass on property owned by Vista Properties.
Dear Mike:
It is the understanding of Vista Properties that the City of Coppell is proposing that a deceleration
lane be constructed as part of the Contract Vista Properties has with Presbyterian Healthcare System.
Also, that the timing of the construction of improvements along Denton Tap will require this lane
to be built prior to Presbyterian closing on the property and constructing it themselves.
As an accommodation to the City of Coppell, Vista Properties agrees to cooperate with the City and
dedicate the Right-of-Way necessary to complete said deceleration lane along with other
improvements along Denton Tap.
