This is in regard to the meeting Larry Davis and I had with you-this afternoon. Within
the next two weeks we will be addressing your concerns.
I will notify the construction inspector, Garreth Campbell, of your request to locate the
surveyor's pins at your lot corners, addressing the cracks in the new section of curb, and
with cleaning up the construction debris in the alley. I will also contact the Assistant
Director of Public Works, Glenn Hollowell, regarding the pavement cracks on Simmons
Drive.
