As requested, we are hereby committing to the following items in reference to the above mentioned
project
1. Prior to City Acceptance of Villages of Coppell 3 -A, an earthen channel will be constructed
adjacent to Phase 3 -13, discharging into Denton Creek. This plan will be prepared by Don A.
Tipton, Inc, and approved by the City of Coppell. However, if Phase 3 -B plans h een
approved and construction is underway on Phase 3 -B, the above mentioned ch el will not
be required.
2. No building permits will be allowed on Lots 8 through 15 and 42 through of B104 ntil
the Floodplain Study, prepared by Don A. Tipton, Inc., has been app by the City of
CoppcU Engineering Department.
