Dear Mr. Griffin:
As you are aware from conversations with Tony Kimmey at Carter & Burgess, Inc., we
are in the process of developing plans to construct a new church building at the noaheast
comer of Denton Tap Road and Highland Drive in the City of Lewisville. We are excited
about locating adjacem to Coppell, as a signficant number of our families are Coppell
resideus.
It has come to our attention that you are about to authorize construction of the
southbound lanes of Demon Tap Road adjacem to our property. We are also aware that a
median opening in Demon Tap Road has been designed approximately 500 feet noah of
Highland Drive but does not provide storage for a left turn imo the Church property.
We are imerested in having this left turn storage lane added as part of the construction of
Demon Tap Road, if cost permits. If possible, please provide us with your requirements
to add this storage lane. If changes are required to the current plans, our engineer is
available to make these changes.
