Sandy Lake Rd. and Heartz. The property is made up of the three parcels. These are 132
Heartz, 225 Sandy Lake Road and 221 Sandy Lake Road. We are giving are permission
for Phelps Excavating & Construction to begin grading and or excavation on our
property.
