Comments have been addressed as follows: Item 1: The Post Project 100 year Floodplain and Floodway Exhibit has been revised to include the boundary delineations of the flood having a 0.2% chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year, as well as the flow line used in the hydraulic model. In addition, we have included a revised copy of the Revised Existing 100 year Floodplain and Floodway Exhibit and a revised copy of the annotated FEMA FIRM panel. Please resume review on our request that FEMA issue a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) for the referenced project. The items identified below are required before we can begin a detailed review of your request. 1. The submitted map titled Post Project 100 year Floodplain & Floodway Exhibit, contained in the submitted report titled Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) for Denton Creek, prepared by Kimley -Horn and Associates, hic., dated June 24, 2002, does not provide essential information required to complete our detailed review of this request. Please submit a work map that includes topographic information as well as all applicable items listed on Page I of 2 of the Application/Certification Form 5, titled "Riverine /Coastal Mapping Form" (copy enclosed). Please provide the following information, which was omitted from the submitted topographic work map. a. If all required items are not submitted within 90 days of the date of this letter, FEMA will treat any subsequent request as an original submittal, and it will be subject to all submittal/payment procedures as outlined in Paragraph 72.7(a) of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) regulations (44 CFR Parts 59 -78). If you are unable to meet the 90-day deadline for submittal of required items and would like FEMA to continue processing your request, you must request an extension of the deadline.
