Suzan,
I just wanted to update you on the situation with ISI and the Tennis Center
contractor. I spoke with the Superintendent on the Tennis Centerjob and he
said he isn't planning on bringing in a lot of equipment over the curb on
Creekview. He said he would provide us a letter stating that they would
repair all damage, incurred by their operations, to ISI's job. I tried to
call Philip and he was busy. I wanted to talk to Philip before I proceed to
find out what his concerns are and see if we can't address them with the
Tennis Center contractor. I am also trying to set up a meeting with Philip
for some time later this week. I will let you know more once I talk to
Philip.
