As you know, we are developing a church facility at the southeast corner of Sandy Lake
and State Road. The planning department has encouraged us to request that a median
opening be provided along Sandy Lake Road when the road is improved. This opening
would provide ingress and egress for our members and guests into the north side of our
site.
Please accept this letter as our formal request for the City to consider such an opening.
Our preferred location for the center of the opening would be 255.05 feet east of the
existing east right-of--way line of State Road. This would align with the centerline of our
future drive lane in the interior of our site.. '
