Dear Mr. Fielding:
Please £md enclosed a set of plans provided by Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers for the Ruby Road
Realignment project in Coppell that we discussed yesterday. This project will involve the realignment of a
portion of the road and the widening and reconstruction of the remainder of the existing road. As such, it is
anticipated that it will affect existing Oncor facilities that fall under the provisions of Oncor's franchise
agreement with the City of Coppell.
We, at Duke, plan to serve in a conslruction management role for this project. As such, we would appreciate the
opportunity to discuss with you a process and schedule under which those facilities that require relocation as a
result of this project can be moved. The project's currem construction schedule is based on a start date of
August 19, 2002.

2002 for the Ruby Road Realignment project in Coppell that we discussed recently. This project will
involve the realignment of a portion of the road and the widening and reconstruction of the remainder
of the existing road. As such, it is anticipated that it will affect existing Verizon facilities that fall under
the provisions of Verizon's franchise agreement with the City of Coppell.
We, at Duke, plan to serve in a construction management role for this project. As such, we would
appreciate the opportunity to discuss with you a process and schedule under which those facilities that
require relocation as a result of the project can be moved. The project's current constxuction schedule
