We have reviewed your submittal, for the above referenced project, fo[ the approval of a
driveway and right-turn lane on the eastbound frontage road of SH 121 and Denton Tap. We
have found the plans to be acceptable; however, the contractor wilt be expected to construct these
activities in compliance with the detail sheets. Also attached is an approved "Permit to Construct
Access Driveway Facilities on Highway Right of Way", which should be kept on the
construction site at all times. Please contact Tommy McKinnon at least 24 hours prior to
